Pantry Raid High Phenolic Olive Oil Bread Dip

Friends coming over and your pantry is empty?

Fear not, we got your back! You will just need your trusted bottle of Vendema High Phenolic evoo, any spices you like, as well as some pantry staples like olives, capers, marinated artichokes or even anchovies-the world is your oyster! 

Let's see what we did during our pantry raid:

Ingredients:

Handfull of Vendema Kalamon Olives, chopped

Handfull of capers

Pinch of oregano

Pinch of chilly powder 

Pinch of flaky salt

50ml of Vendema High Phenolic Evoo- Mykonos Edition

Do the magic:

Just mix everything together in a beautiful plate, and serve it with some warm sourdough, crackers or focaccia slices. The strong, nutty flavour of our Vendema High Phenolic Evoo will also be gorgeous with a crisp glass of a dry white, like a Riesling, so dip away!
