Goat Cheese and Figs Bruschetta

Ingredients: (pretty obviously serves 2)

  • 2 slices of a good sourdough
  • 100gr soft goat cheese/blue cheese
  • 2 medium figs
  • 4 slices Prosciutto di Parma
  • Vendema Organic Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Do the magic:

In a pan in medium to high heat, throw a tb of your Vendema Organic and toast your sourdough slices.

When ready, just spread over the cheese, lay the prosciutto and the figs, sliced.

Top up with some salt and pepper, and, of course, with your Vendema Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
