Cretan Dakos Salad

  • Ingredients: (serves 2)
    • 3-4 large wholegrain rusks or one big dakos rusk(if troubled to find them, just throw chunks of your 3 days old wholegrain bread into a preheated oven, at 150C for 15mins)
    • 2 ripe tomatoes
    • 50 gr feta cheese
    • Spoonful of capers
    • 3-4 large Vendema Kalamon Olives
    • Pinch of oregano
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Vendema Organic EVOO
  • Do the Magic:
    • Lay your rusks on a bowl
    • Grate one of your tomatoes in a grater of food processor, and lay it on top of the rusk. That holy juice will make all the difference in your final result.
    • Roughly chop the other tomato, and throw above.
