Cretan Dakos Salad
- Ingredients: (serves 2)
- 3-4 large wholegrain rusks or one big dakos rusk(if troubled to find them, just throw chunks of your 3 days old wholegrain bread into a preheated oven, at 150C for 15mins)
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 50 gr feta cheese
- Spoonful of capers
- 3-4 large Vendema Kalamon Olives
- Pinch of oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Vendema Organic EVOO
- Do the Magic:
- Lay your rusks on a bowl
- Grate one of your tomatoes in a grater of food processor, and lay it on top of the rusk. That holy juice will make all the difference in your final result.
- Roughly chop the other tomato, and throw above.
